You've had a product idea - but how do you know if it’s good, if your customers will want it, and how to get it off the ground?
I will take you through how to work out if you should pursue your idea.
It will help you to assess how much your customer will want your product, what the market looks like, how to assess risks vs opportunities, and finally how to start to build the product with your customer in mind (and cheaply!).

This talk is suitable for any entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs - whether you're trying to start up your own company and want to know whether your product is sound, or whether you're working inside a company and have an idea for a new product which you want to pitch.
