@HelpSheffield Q and A. How have we got here?

We plan to do this on Twitter as it is the only platform on which we have a presence. We get asked a lot of the same questions about how @HelpSheffield began, how we built our following and what was our motivation etc so we would like to put those answers out there for all to read.
